hello dbrian,

yeah, I'm at UPF/MTG actualy Smile Smile The audioclas guys are just in the office next door. So, yes -before you ask- I am doing duplicate work, in another language Wink

There's a few problems (in my opinion) with the wordnet usage in audioclas. For one it's too complex for "regular people" to use... This of course has nothing to do with your Perl modules.

However, yesterday I was watching at your code and I was wondering about it. I have a few questions about the word-morphing. Are you doing all the word morphing from wordnet 2.0? It seemed to me (allthough I don't really have much perl knowledge!!) that you are doing a simplified version of the word-morphing in Wordnet 2.0. Is that correct?

My idea is that using the MySQL backend for wordnet will enable me to do anything in wordnet without worrying too much about how it was originaly done. I guess what you have done is similar, but not 100% the same. Again, is this correct? have you looked at the MySQL converted version? Is there -in your opinion- anything in wordnet 2.0 that can not be distilled by doing quite simple queries on this BD?
